GOD & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (Ai)


This piece was inspired by a recent personal experience. As someone working in the creative field, I am often required to consistently generate new ideas. In using AI recently, I observed that results were produced much faster than traditional methods, which typically require significant time and resources. With AI, feedback was available within seconds or minutes. However, the tool’s effectiveness still depended on my input of thoughts and ideas—highlighting that creativity originates internally before being processed by technology... Voila!!!

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advancing quickly, which some find alarming, and others see as advantageous. Its increasing intelligence stems from continuous learning and frequent use of its tools. This leads me to reflect on the verse in

In Proverbs 27:17 The word of God is wisdom, it is knowledge, and it is also understanding…Man created Ai but man was created by God and God deposited creativity in His creatures, one cannot place Ai above God because the source of Ai is man and man’s source of intelligence is God.

As stated in Isaiah 65:17, "God created heaven and earth, God created man, God created new conditions and circumstances, God created miracles, and he continues to create something new." From this, it can be argued that AI, though artificial and a creation of man, ultimately originates from God.

The reasoning follows a transitive logic: If man is a creation of God, and AI is a creation of man, then AI can be considered an indirect creation of God. In essence, God is the Architect of potential, man is the builder of tools, and AI is a tool that reflects both the builder and the architect

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John 1: 1 – 5

Another source of Ai is from God 'For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;'

Ai can speed up work and allows man to spend more time on the thinking process. Even in the bible Ai will enable anyone studying to conduct a cross referencing easily and in record time, but the source of that word is from God – Ai on its own cannot discern God but can give linkages to God’s word

Discovery of Ai goes out to prove that we have seen nothing – God’s wisdom is infinite and cannot be fathomed by man.  This is supported in Isaiah 65:17 ‘For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.' We have not seen the best of Ai yet… watch the space.

The question "What is it   that have you done?" resonates deeply across time, threading through narratives of faith and human experience. It is a question that calls for introspection and accountability, urging individuals to examine the alignment of their actions with higher principles. The above verse from Judges 2:2 is the last statement/question blurted out by the prophet to the people of Bochim This statement expresses chagrin, signifying intense regret, embarrassment, and frustration.   Witty Leagues … Secret Altars Judges 2:2 And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this? ...KJV The people of Israel were in league with the inhabitants of this land (later to be named Bochim meaning land of weeping).
